Our mission is to always treat your pet with patience, kindness and provide ‘gold-standard’ care whilst forming a positive relationship with you, the owner, so that as a team we make the right decisions for your cherished pet based on trust, empathy and compassion. As a practice, we are all conscious of the financial implications that veterinary care can bring and are always fully committed to providing outstanding care at a reasonable cost and will happily discuss the likely costs associated with treatment prior to you agreeing to them. We pride ourselves on not being ‘bonus based’ and therefore none of our vets, nurses or receptionists make any financial gain by recommending particular treatments or medications to you and rest assured we only advise treatments we feel are necessary.  

We care passionately for our patients and will do our utmost to maintain quality of life where humanely possible. We believe in being proactive about animal health, offering preventative care and nutritional advice to keep your pet happy and healthy. We also host puppy parties and offer sessions with a qualified behaviourist to help you raise a well-adjusted and happy pet.
